As many stories begin, ours starts with a deep love for the unknown, a passion rooted in the search for discovery. Each of us, having faced and overcome our own challenges, found our paths converging at just the right moment. Beyond our shared interest in mineral sales, we discovered common values and dreams that led to a singular purpose: to educate, connect, and inspire others who share our vision.
The journey of a stone begins far before it reaches the market—a story often overlooked. At Wolf2Raven, we aim to bring that journey to light. We want to highlight not only the miners who extract the stones but also the paths they take and the relationships that develop along the way. By connecting miners and consumers on a deeper, more personal level, we invite you to join us in the journey. Whether at a stateside show or on one of our rockhounding tours, we offer a chance to connect and share in this experience.
Maaz, with a degree in geology, brings invaluable knowledge of stones and minerals while showcasing them at shows around the world. Abdou, with his expertise from the mines and direct involvement in mineral collection, adds a vital cultural and hands-on perspective to our mission. Cassandra is our holistic medicine expert, with her certifications in Nutrition, Somatic healing, and Massage she not only brings a beneficial factor to our retreats, but an invaluable knowledge. Aziz, with his background in culinary arts and tours, brings a unique touch to our offerings, enhancing the experience with his warmth and insight. Michael is our private tour leader, living in country he has invaluable knowledge to locations and connections all across the Atlas Mountains.
Our story began in late 2019, after years of working on separate projects. Today, we’ve come together to offer a platform where we can share our passion with the world. Whether through mineral sales or tours, everything we do is meant to illuminate not just the stones’ paths, but also the connections we make along the way.
While the term “ethically sourced” is common in the industry, we believe it doesn’t fully capture the essence of the bond we share as humans. At Wolf2Raven, we strive to shed light on the journey behind every stone and inspire those we meet along our path. After all, it’s not just about the destination—it’s about the journey and the people we meet along the way.
